Tuesday is date night for me and my boyfriend and because we have an unlimited cinema card it is normally spent going to see a film (and sometimes napping during said film if he has chosen a poor one). After the cinema nine times out of ten we will pop into Prep Fitness Kitchen in Glasgow to grab a healthy dinner.
A lot of their dinner options are gluten free, everything is clearly labelled and they also clearly show the nutritional values of each meal! Perfect if you are trying to be healthy! My favourite meal is the chicken sausages with sweet potato mash (pictured above). They also do breakfast options, snacks, protein shakes and offer a meal prep service so that you can easily stock up on a few meals in one go!
Note that from 8:30pm it is takeaways only but they only take a few minutes in the microwave!
